Projektno rešenje za primarno drobljenje postrojenja za preradu krečnjaka i proizvodnju kamenih agregata iz ležišta 'Suvodo' A.D. - Jelen Do

Abstract

U ovom radu dat je prikaz rešenja primarnog drobljenja postrojenja za proizvodnju kamenih agregata iz ležišta 'Suvodo'. Ovaj rad je proistekao iz Glavnog rudarskog projekta novog postrojenja za preradu krečnjaka i proizvodnju agregata ležišta 'Suvodo' A.D. - Jelen Do. U primarnom drobljenju je prvo trebalo rešiti problem odvajanje jalovine koja se pojavljuje prilikom kopanja u korisnoj komponenti krečnjaku. Ovaj i drugi problemi koji su se javljali su rešeni na osnovu obavljenih detaljnih analiza, u laboratorijama ITNMS-a, a zatim i u samom pogonu.

In the work there is presented the solution for the primary crashing in the installation for the production of stone aggregates from the deposit 'Suvodo'. This work is derived from the Mining Working Design of the new installation for the limestone working and for the production of aggregates from the deposit 'Suvodo' A.D. - Jelen Do. In the primary crashing, the first problem to solve was to abstract the barred earth appearing by digging in the useful component of the limestone. This problem and other ones have been solved on the base of detailed analyses elaboration in the laboratories of ITNMS, and later in the plant itself.
