Razvoj savremenih postupaka dobijanja olova

Development of contemporary procedures for lead obtaining

Abstract
Savremeni postupci prerade olovnih koncentrata poslednjih decenija su imali različit razvoj i ekspanziju. Za sve je zajedničko da se reakcije topljenja odvijaju u suspenziji čvrsto-gas i da se kao produkti topljenja dobijaju metalno olovo i šljaka, koji zajedno odlaze iz elektropeći na dalju preradu. Termodinamičkom analizom savremenih postupaka direktnog topljenja olovnih koncentrata, određeni su uslovi pod kojima je moguće u jednom agregatu proizvesti metalno olovo i šljaku. Karakteristike i tok procesa direktnog topljenja određuju se odnosom kiseonik-koncentrat koji diktira sadržaj olova u šljaci, sadržaj sumpora u sirovom olovu i distribuciju pratećih metala. Od savremenih postupaka proizvodnje olova značajniju industrijsku primenu su našli KIVCET i Boliden TBRC. Osim njih, razvijeni su i u manjem obimu primenjeni još QSL, Sirosmelt, Outokumpu, Kominko, Noranda i St. Jozef postupak.
Contemporary procedures of lead concentrates treatment were in different expansion during last thirty years. All procedures have in common the following: smelting reaction proceeds in solid-gas suspension, melting products are metallic lead and slag, which are leaving electric furnace together. The conditions for production metallic lead and slag in one furnace are determined using thermodynamic analysis of contemporary direct smelting procedures. The characteristics and progress of direct smelting process are determined using oxygen/concentrate ratio, which influences the lead content in slag, sulphur content in bullion and the following metals distribution. The KIVCET and Boliden TBRC are contemporary procedures that found their place in industry. Besides, the QSL, Sirosmelt, Outokumpu, Kominko, Noranda and St Jozef are procesures which are developed and applied.
