Luženje bakar (I)-sulfida sumpornom kiselinom u prisustvu natrijum-nitrata

Abstract
Halkozin (Cu2S) je sastavni mineral većine polimetaličnih sulfidnih koncentrata. U cilju iznalaženja postupka za kompleksnu preradu ovakvih sirovina, u ovom radu su prikazana ispitivanja luženja bakar(I)-sulfida sumpornom kiselinom и prisustvu natrijum-nitrata. Termodinamička analiza procesa luženja izvršena je proračunom vrednosti promené standardnih Gibsovih energija hemijskih reakcija i analizom E-pH dijagrama. Na osnovu termodinamičke analize procesa luženja i analize produkata koji nastaju и procesu, definisan je hemizam luženja bakar(I)-sulfida sumpornom kiselinom u prisustvu natrijum-nitrata. Ispitivanjem uticaja temperature i vremena na izluženje bakra utvrđeno je da povećanjem temperature od 40°C do 90°C pri konstantnim ostalim radnim parametrima, raste stepen izluženja bakra od 10,52% do 97,82%.
Chalcocite (Cu2S) is a constituent mineral of many sulphide concentrates. In order to invent a procedure for complex processing of such raw materials, we investigated the leaching process of copper (I) sulphide with sulphuric acid in the presence of sodium nitrate. Thermodynamic analysis of the leaching process was performed by calculation of standard Gibbs energy change for the supposed chemical reactions and E-ph diagrams. On the basis of both the thermodynamic analysis of the leaching process and the leaching products analysis, the chemism of copper(I) sulphide leaching with sulphuric acid in the presence of the sodium nitrate was defined. Examination of the temperature influence on the copper dissolution snowed that the temperature increase from 40 to 90°C was followed by an increase of copper leaching degree from 10,52% to 97,82%.
