Abstract
U procesu rafinecije bizmuta, hlorovanjem legure Bi-Pb (Kroll-Bettertonov proces) kao međuprodukt pojavljuje se olovohlorid. Glavni predmet ovog rada je valorizacija olova i glinice tehničkog kvaliteta iz pomenutog međuprodukta postupkom aluminotermije. Za reakciju je korišćen sekundarni aluminijum različite krupnoće. Ispitan je uticaj temperature, vremena i krupnoće sekundarnog aluminijuma na stepen valorizacije olova i definisani optimalni parametri procesa. Stepen iskorišćenja olova iznosi 95-98%. Nakon toga, olovo je tretirano u rafinerijama olova, a glinica tehničkog kvaliteta ima primenu u keramičkoj industriji.
In the refinement process of bismuth by chlorinating Bi-Pb alloy (Kroll-Betterton process) leadchloride was formed as a side-product. The main objective of this work is the recovery of lead and technical grade alumina by aluminothermic treatment of leadchloride. The secondary aluminium was used for aluminothermic reaction. Lead recovery degree depending on time, reduction temperature and form of used aluminium was investigated. The optimal parameters of the process were also determined. Lead recovery was in the range of 95-98%. Thereafter, the lead was treated in the lead refineries and technical grade alumina was used in ceramic industry.
