AB  - This paper deals with the crystallization of glass 30Li2O·15Nb2O5·50SiO2·5TiO2 (mol%). The crystallization behavior was studied under isothermal and non-isothermal conditions. XRD and SEM methods were employed for determination of phase composition and microstructure of crystallized glass. It was detected that this glass crystallizes by the surface crystallization mechanism. SEM micrographs of the crystallized samples revealed that the crystals grow in the form of dendrites. The glass-ceramics with complex phase composition was obtained. Three crystalline phases were detected where LiNbO3 has grown as primary phase and a secondary ones Li2Si2O5 and SiO2 appeared. The calculated average crystallite sizes are: 27 nm for LiNbO3 , 115 nm for Li2Si2O5 and 45 nm for SiO2 . From the experimental data an activation energy of crystals growth, calculated using the Kissinger relation, is Ea = 275 ±10 KJ / mol.

AB  - Razvojem tehnike i tehnologije javlja se potreba za većom proizvodnjom energije. Iako se danas uvode u upotrebu i drugi izvori energije, još uvek je najzastupljenije dobijanje energije u procesu sagorevanja goriva. Zbog visokih temperatura koje nastaju pri sagorevanje dolazi do velike emisije NOx oksida. U ovom radu opisane su mere i metode kojima je moguće smanjiti emisiju NOx u procesima dobijanja stakla.
AB  - The nitrogen oxides emitted to atmosphere effect significantly on formation of photochemical smog, acidic rains and destroying of ozone shell of the earth. Therefore, the regulations for limited emission of nitrogen oxides to atmosphere become very strict. Glass manufacturing is a high-temperature, energy-intensive activity, because of the high temperature NOx emissions are extremely high. NOx emissions could be reduced by primary process modifications measures end secondary post-combustion measures. Primary process modifications are usually based on the following techniques: stoichiometric combustion and advanced burners systems, staged combustion (air- or fuelstaged), recircylation of flue gasses.

AB  - U ovom radu su prikazani rezultati proučavanja uticaja koncentracije anjona F- na kristalizaciono ponašanje višekomponentnog stakla za dobijanje mašinski obradive staklokeramike na bazi lančastih silikata. Rezultati pokazuju da se pri povećanju sadržaja anjona F- do 1,5 mol.% odvija homogena nukleacija faza i formira sitnozrna kristalna struktura sa povećanjem sadržaja slojevitih silikata. U oblasti sadržaja anjona F- od 1,5 do 2,0 mol.% odvija se heterogena nukleacija faza, opada sposobnost rastopa da formira staklo, nastaje krupnozrna kristalna struktura i dalje raste sadržaj slojevitih silikata. Povećanje sadržaja anjona F- ne utiče na mehanizam kristalizacije stakala.
AB  - The results of the investigation of F- anion content influence on crystallization behaviour of multicomponent glass for the machinable glass-ceramics based on layered silicates have been presented in this paper The results have shown that with F- anion increasing up to 1.5 mol%, the homogenous nucleation of the phased occurs and the fine grain crystal structure was formed with increasing of the layered silicates content. In the F- anion content range of 1.5-2.0 mol%, the heterogenous nucleation of the phases occured, the melt glassforming ability decreased, the coarse grain crystal structure was formed and the contentlayered silicates were increased. The crystallization mechanism of the glasses dofes not change if the F- anion content is not increasing.

AB  - U ovom radu su prikazani rezultati proučavanja kristalizacionog ponašanja višekomponentnog stakla sa sadržajem anjona F od 2,40 mas%, radi dobijanja mašinski obradive staklokeramike na bazi slojevitih i lančastih silikata. Rezultati pokazuju da se pri njegovoj kristalizaciji formiraju sledeće kristalne faze: flogopit, diopsid i leucit. Najmanju brzinu rasta kristala ima leucit, zbog čega njegovo formiranje kontroliše ukupan proces kristalizacije. Analiza kinetike transformacije pokazuje da ovaj proces karakterišu sledeće vrednosti kinetičkih parametara: Ea = 315±26 kJ/mol i n = 1,80. Ovakve vrednosti ovih parametara ukazuju da se rast kristala leucita odvija na atomski facetovanim granicama kristal/staklo i da je kontrolisan zapreminskom difuzijom u staklu.
AB  - This paper presents the results of the study of the crystallization behaviour of multicomponent glass with 2.49 wt% of F anions for obtaining the glass-ceramics based on the layer and chain silicates. The results show that during the glass crystallization the crystalline phases were formed phlogopine, diopside and leucite. The leucite has the lowest crystal growth rate, and therefore its formation controls the whole crystallization process. Analysis of the crystallization kinetics shows that the process is characterized by the following kinetic parameters Ea = 315±26 kJ/mol and n = 1.80. These values of parameters show that the process of leucite crystal growth occurs at the smooth atomic scale-faceted crystal/glass interfaces and that it is controlled by glass volume diffusion.

AB  - U radu su prikazani rezultati spektrofotometrijskog ispitivanja uzoraka ravnog stakla proizvedenog po Pittsburgh postupku. Sadržaj oksida gvozda i titana u uzorcima stakla bio je od 0,08 do 0,12 mas%. Merenjima su određene oblasti apsorpcije za Fe3+ (λ = 380 nm) i Fe2+ (λ = 900 nm). Smanjenje transmisije kod svih uzoraka počinje od λ = 540 nm i nastavlja se prema IC-oblasti spektra. Utvrđeno je postojanje direktne zavisnosti intenziteta apsorpcije od masenog učešća oksida gvožđa u staklu. Postojanje ove zavisnosti ukazuje da je odnos Fe2+/Fe3+ u svim uzorcima stalan.
AB  - The results of spectrophotometric measurements of the sheet glass samples produced by Pittsburg technology, have been presented in this paper. The investigated glass samples contained 0.08-0.12 wt% of Fe and Ti oxides. By the spectrophotometric method, the characteristic absorption bands for Fe2 (λ = 900nm) and Fe3+ (λ = 380nm) have been detected. For all samples, the transmission has been reduced from λ = 540nm in the direction of IC-spectra. The relation between absorption intensity and Fe oxide contents in the glass samples has been established. Based on this relation, the ratio Fe2+/Fe3+ in all samples of glass is constant.
