Portable sensor for non-destructive determination of glucose in food, pharmaceuticals and medicine
Abstract
Portable and hand-held near-infrared (NIR) sensor for non-destructive
determination of glucose in food has become increasingly important
instrument to preserve food quality and safety. In this study, we developed
sensor on protobord for non-destructive measurement of glucose in NIR
region, which can be applied in food production, pharmaceuticals and
medicine.
